Bunny Bakery — Terms of Use

Effective date: September 28, 2026 (Bunny Bakery 3.0.1)

These terms cover your use of the Bunny Bakery app ("the app"), published by Chinese Powered ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and takes precedence where the two differ; on Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply alongside these.

The short version

The app is a game. The bunnies are pixels and very happy ones.
Coins, gems, stars, baskets and bunnies are virtual, have no cash value and can't be transferred or refunded by us.
The Carrot Club is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple or Google, cancellable any time in your store account, or as a one-time lifetime unlock.
Everything lives on your device; we hold no account and can't recover a deleted save.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the app on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. Don't copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its assets, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law or the store's rules.

Virtual items

Coins, gems, stars, treat baskets, crew bunnies, boosts and upgrades are licensed features of the game, not property. They have no monetary value, can't be exchanged for money or anything outside the app, and may be changed or rebalanced as the game evolves. Treat baskets are only earned in play and are never sold; the odds for each basket are shown in the app before you open it. Gem packs are consumed when bought and are not refundable by us; refund requests for any purchase go through Apple or Google under their policies.

Carrot Club, Starter Pack and Festival Pass

The Carrot Club is offered monthly or yearly as an auto-renewing subscription, and as a one-time lifetime unlock. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge, in your Apple or Google subscription settings — the app links to them from its Settings screen and the Carrot Club page.
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown unless cancelled before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is decided by the store.
Perks (skipping rewarded ads, no interstitial ads, daily gems, a profit bonus and longer offline baking) apply while the subscription or lifetime unlock is active on your store account. "Restore purchases" in the app re-applies them on a new device.
The Starter Pack is a one-time purchase. Its gems and bunny are delivered once; its permanent profit bonus is restored on a new device with "Restore purchases".
The Festival Pass is a one-time purchase for the seasonal festival running when you buy it (or, if none is running, the next one). Every reward it holds is shown in the app before you buy, and none is random. It lives in your saved game: it can't be restored from the store, but it moves with your bakery when you use Settings → Move your bakery.
Billing, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.

The free experience is supported by ads served by Google AdMob: rewarded videos you choose to watch and occasional brief interstitials. Ads are third-party content; we don't endorse what they advertise. See the Privacy Policy for what the ad SDK collects and how consent works.

Your data

The app has no accounts and no cloud save. Your bakery and all progress are stored on your device only; uninstalling the app, resetting it from Settings, or losing the device means the save is gone and we cannot restore it (the Carrot Club and the Starter Pack's bonus can still be restored from your store account). Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, rebalance, add or remove features, events, items and prices, and may stop offering the app or the Carrot Club altogether. If the Carrot Club is discontinued, active subscriptions won't renew and the store's refund rules apply to any prepaid period. We'll post material changes to these terms here with a new effective date; continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" for entertainment, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost progress, virtual items, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the app. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app or its in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.
